1980s – Senior Care
We provided excellent services to residents living in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) by serving them meals and socializing with them.
1992
Our founder graduated with BA Degree in Advertising, Marketing.
1993
We have extensive experience in the service industry from being a mystery shopper. Restaurant Management used our reports to improve services and review any correlation to their profitability and cash flow. In a service business, it’s essential to assure consistent quality control.
2002
Our founder graduated with a MBA Degree in Information Technology (IT).
2003 – Medical Practice Management
We started working with private medical practices providing private insurance billing and collections for account receivables (A/R). The payor mix included Med Legal cases: Personal Injury, Workers Compensation, and more.
2006 – Marketing 1.0
Since our academic background is in marketing and IT, we started to work with business owners, offering services in SEO (search engine optimization), website design, and Google AdWords – Paid Search. We saw how data can impact revenues.
2009 – Present: Marketing Automation – Data Automation
At the abyss of the financial recession, we closed an engagement to work with a US-Based Medical Laser Manufacturer’s marketing and global sales team. Although we worked in the Marketing department, we collaborated with the VP of Sales to increase their sales representatives’ efficiency and productivity. Our roles were Salesforce (SFDC) Administrator, Marketing Automation Developer / Demand Generation (Eloqua – Oracle), and CMS (content management system) Administrator. Our key role was to ensure the data was integrated and managed accurately, so we can share data between marketing and sales.
We primarily worked with companies in the aesthetics section. We worked on campaigns to help Dermatologists and Plastic Surgeons finance their equipment purchase, understand their break-even point and how to market to their customers. This was a very successful engagement campaign. We transformed the Medical Laser Manufacturer to leverage their marketing and sales technology to provide greater visibility to key stakeholders, which was the Executives and marketing/sales teams. We (the marketing team) won the Salesperson of the Year award. We shifted our strategy from working in a silo to working with other internal departments.
We are now experts in Marketing Automation – Demand Generation. We work with Salesforce – SFDC, Eloqua – Oracle, Marketo – Adobe, and WordPress. We worked with many start-ups, Unicorns ($1+ Billion Valuation) and Public Companies. Each of these companies relied on marketing and sales data as their life blood.
2018 – Present: Help Business Owners Operate Like a Billion-Dollar Organization
We became a development partner with Intuit – QuickBooks Online – QBO, based on customer feedback. We integrated Salesforce with QBO, and data between Shopify, QBO and Faire.
We developed Wayvana, which is a custom applications for various business owners. We understand how to build business platforms for businesses.
We developed a business platform for Healthcare, Nurses, Senior Care and Med Legal – Personal Injury – PI.
We bundled all of our experience in SEO, Lead Generation, Customer Acquisition, Case Management, Human Resources – Staffing, Marketing – Public Relations (PR), Social Media, Business + Practice Management, Cash Pay into our custom platform.
